Thank you for guiding me through such a
peaceful meditation session under the Bargad tree near JECP. It was a truly calming experience. Those few moments allowed me to embrace a sense of nothingness, creating much-needed space for myself. It is rare for me to enter this transitional phase, and I deeply appreciate the opportunity to do so. Your presence and guidance made the experience even more meaningful.Grateful for the peaceful moments we shared.

Thank you so very much for the treat of your yoga instruction in Chile. It was wonderful to communicate with you and the group in that spiritually healing way. Your teaching style is so calming/reassuring. I loved the chanting and the collective vibrating rhythm it sent through my body. I have never experienced that effect before and would love to try more.

Varsha,
Normally when I sit in cross- legged position for 30 min
my feet get numb. Yesterday during meditation, they
got numb as well. But within a couple of minutes after
I was back on my feet without any sensation of
numbness, which has never happened before.
I credit it to this meditation practice.
